Abstract:Etika in morala se skozi čas nenehno spreminjata in nekatere stvari, ki so danes nedovoljene, so bile še pred kratkim dovoljene in obratno.

Title:ETHICAL DILEMMAS OF ENTREPRENEUR
Abstract:Ethics and morality are constantly changing through time and some things that are unexceptionable today were recently allowed and vice-versa. Reasons are mostly social and cultural changes, which led to different views on things and surroundings. Development of ethics and morality is the main reason for the development of new ethical theories, that are jet not as important as older ethical theories, but are gaining on importance and who knows, perhaps in the future they will exceed them. For MNC distinction between business ethics in home country and business ethics in foreign countries they are expanding their production to, is of great importance. Business ethics can be quite different even between two cultural similar countries, and with the knowledge of business ethics the company can avoid many problems that would occur by not knowing it. In this diploma paper there are different ethical theories described such as normative which are dealing with questions how should entrepreneur act in different ethical dilemmas, as well as descriptive ethical theories which are trying to answer why entrepreneur behaved ethical or unethical. Most important participants in business ethics are described in this diploma paper, as well. At the end of the diploma paper it is shown how different ethical theories explain decisions of manager in actual ethical dilemma.
