Abstract:Odkar stoji svet obstajajo spremembe, katere so oblikovane v večini s strani človeka.

Title:EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT TEAM WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WELL-BEING OF EMPLOYEES
Abstract:Constant changes have occurred from the beginning of time. Ever since the human race evolved, people have usually been the ones to introduce changes, the aim of which have mostly been to enhance their well-beings. People do not only strive towards good lives but also, having established this goal, set themselves new goals which are usually more ambitious than the previous ones. In the past, people thought that every change would be followed by a period of stability. However, in reality just the opposite often happens, creating the conclusion that change is inevitable. The pace of life is constantly quickening, changes thus accumulate, and the effects of mass globalization, which spawn numerous changes with new demands, are ever more visible. As a result, many companies need to adapt effectively to these changes if they want to fight for their existence in the ever more competitive market, whilst constantly developing all sections of their operations. Therefore companies,if they want to be successful, have to co-operate regarding their abilities, knowledge. and all their employees' expertise, by striving towards a common goal. What follows is that the need for teamwork is escalating. Within a team, its members can use and unite their knowledge, experiences, and abilities and, at the same time, become functionly better and more effective. Emphasis on teamwork will increase in the future, so the really effective and successful teams will be those that responsibly co-operate with others in order to be competitive in the market. In order to achieve successful and effective teamwork, it is crucial to nurture the human factor, without which a team could not exist in the first place. The key to the successful functioning of a team is good management, effective communication, quality interpersonal relationships and the ability to solve problems, all of which depend on the members of a team. Therefore, taking care of the subjective well-being of employees is very important because the future of any company depends on them. Employees are often the ones who create new ideas, thus developing new opportunities, and then the ability to compete in the market. Advantages over competitor companies can be achieved not only with the help of advanced technology but also, to a greater extent, with the help of well-qualified staff. To sum up, the future of companies depends on the well-being, creativities, and social responsibilities of their employees.
