Abstract:
Diplomsko delo je zasnova informacijske podpore prodajnim referentom pri prodaji gospodinjskih aparatov. V splošnem delu naloge so opisani predpisi, tehnologije in metode dela pri uvajanju novih aparatov. Sledi predstavitev obstoječega stanja in informacijske tehnologije, ki se v praktičnem delu naloge razvije v izdelavo vzorčnega modela baze podatkov, ter prikaza poročil. Predlog programske rešitve je izdelan in prikazan s pomočjo MS Access 2003. Pričujoče diplomsko delo predstavlja osnovo za praktično uvedbo informacijske podpore v podjetje. V zaključku je podana ocena učinkov in možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja.

SOFTWARE SOLUTION FOR SALESMEN SUPPORT
Abstract:
This graduation thesis deals with software solution, designed to help sales clerks in selling big household appliances. The general part of the thesis describes regulations, technologies and work methods used at introduction of new appliances. Then the actual state of methods and information technologies is presented which continues in the practical part where current defectiveness is corrected and developed into elaboration of sample database model, forms and reports. The proposal of software solution was developed in Microsoft Access 2003. This graduation thesis represents the basis for practical use and improved IT support in a company. The conclusion contains an assessment of the effects and possibilities for further development.
