Abstract:	V nalogi je predstavljena nadgradnja obstoječega manipulatorja in tehnologija njegove izdelave s pomočjo metode konstruiranja z rešenim principom delovanja. Metoda za rekonstrukcijo manipulatorja je bila izbrana na podlagi primerjave ekonomske vrednosti nabave standardnega manipulatorja ali robota in popolnoma nove zasnove manipulatorja. Na podlagi analize različnih pristopov je bila izbrana rekonstrukcija obstoječega manipulatorja s standardnimi elementi. Naloga vsebuje kratke opise in razlage pojmov, ki so povezani s transportiranjem različnih materialov v industrijskem okolju ter utemeljitev končne izbire postopka rekonstrukcije manipulatorja. Osrednji del naloge sestavlja opis transportnih sistemov in konstrukcij v industriji ter konstruiranje in izdelava rekonstrukcije manipulatorja za izboljšanje učinkovitosti in zmanjšanje izgub pri prenašanju steklenih izdelkov.

Title:	HANDLING MACHINE FOR GLASS SEMI MANUFACTURES
Abstract:	In dieser Arbeit ist eine Präsentation der verbesserung des bestehenden Manipulators und die Bauweisse des Manipulators mit der Hilfe der Methode des Wiederaufbaus mit den Grundsätzen des Betriebs gelöst. Die Methode zur Wiederaufbau des Manipualtors wurde durch den Vergleich des wirtschaftlichen Wertes des Erwerberns eines Standard-Manipulators oder Roboter und einem völlig neuem Design des Manipulators ausgewählt. Basierend auf der Analyse der verschiedenen Ansätze habe ich die Rekonstruktion eines vorhandenen Manipulators mit Standard-Komponenten ausgewählt. Die Arbeit umfasst kurze Beschreibungen und Erläuterungen von Begriffen die verbunden sind mit der Übertragung von unterschiedlichen Materialien in einer industriellen Umgebung und unterstützen die Auswahl der Methode zu der Wiederaufbaus des Manipulators. Der zentrale Teil der Arbeit besteht aus einer Beschreibung der Transport-Systeme und Konstruktionen in der Industrie und der Bauweisse und die Rekonstruktion des Manipulators zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und Reduzierung von Verlusten bei der Übertragung von Glas.
