Abstract:Elektronske prodajne poti so danes ključen dejavnik uspeha vsakega bančnega poslovanja. Ker se te storitve vse bolj razvijajo in so vse bolj uveljavljene, predstavljajo pomembne konkurenčne prednosti. Ko danes govorimo o bančnem poslovanju, največkrat pomislimo na poslovanje preko interneta. Bančno poslovanje preko interneta ponuja udobje vodenja večino naših bančnih transakcij v času, ki nam ustreza. Lahko dostopamo do skladov in prenosov sredstev med računi, opravljamo plačila računov in nakupujemo 24 ur na dan, 7 dni v tednu. Elektronske prodajne poti omogočajo hitro in kakovostno izvajanje bančnih storitev. Omogočajo prihranek časa, manjše stroške storitev, uporaba ni omejena in uporabljamo jih lahko kadarkoli in kjerkoli. Elektronske prodajne poti imajo velik vpliv na uporabnike, ki lahko opravljajo storitve kadarkoli želijo. Uporaba elektronskih prodajnih poti v Sloveniji je relativno visoka in se iz leta v leto povečuje. Zato lahko trdimo, da so in bodo uporabnike prepričale kakovostne storitve in krajši čas izvajanja bančnih storitev. Razvoj bančnega poslovanja bo v prihodnje prinesel še veliko elektronskih storitev, saj se veliko dela na varnosti poslovanja, načinu zaščite podatkov, elektronskih denarnicah, itd. Vse bolj pomemben postaja tudi vpliv mobilnega bančništva na uporabnike, ker imamo na voljo zelo zmogljivo in razvito telefonijo, da lahko uporabljamo bančne storitve.

Title:IMPACT OF ELECTRONIC DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS IN BANKING
Abstract:Today the Electronic distribution channels are a key factor in the success of any banking business. Since these services are being developed and more established, they represent a significant competitive advantage. The banking business term today is mostly associated with the thought of the internet business. Internet Banking offers a comfortable possibility of managing most of our banking transactions at appropriate time. You can access to funds and transfers between accounts, pay bills and shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Electronic sales channels allow fast and high quality banking services. Time-saving, lower cost services are not limited and can be used anytime and anywhere. Electronic distribution channels have a major impact on users who may use the services at any time. The use of electronic distribution channels in Slovenia is relatively high and increases every year. We can say that high quality services and short-term performances of banking services will and already have convinced the users. Future development in the banking business will bring a lot of electronic services, since a lot of work is invested in security operations, the methods of data protection, electronic wallets, etc. The impact of mobile banking on the users is becoming more important in the future, because we have powerful and advanced phones that can be used for banking services.
