Potrebujejo osnovno in omrežno informacijsko opremo.

Title:ELECTRONIC BUSINESS OPERATIONS OF MARIBORSKA LIVARNA MARIBOR WITH BANKS
Abstract:This diploma seminar paper focuses on modern methods of both inter- and intra-enterprise business communications, i.e. on e-business. E-business operations have been present since the introduction of adequate computer technology more than a decade ago with the first computerised exchange of information between companies. Electronic exchange of information has developed alongside the developments in information and communication technology. In order to engage in e-business, companies must have appropriate technological equipment, the minimum requirements being basic computer equipment and a network. However, a true expansion of this type of business operations began with the development of computer networks, mainly the Internet as a global communication and information network. At present, the Internet facilitates the exchange of vast quantities of information and enables its users to make use of it in many different ways. For example, many companies connect via the Internet. Apart from the Internet, some companies have developed their own local inter-company network, i.e. the intranet. The development of e-business operations requires the regulation of its legal aspects. In Slovenia, this has been done by the Electronic Commerce and Electronic Signature Act (ECESA), which is harmonized with the EU directives in this field. Globally, e-business operations have been receiving a lot of attention and have been given a lot of importance. E-business plays an important part in MLM, d.d business operations since the company does not operate only on the Slovenian market, but also on foreign markets. Such easy exchange of information also enables the company to gain new customers, which contributes to the company’s overall performance.
