Abstract:
Poudarek prenove je prehod z obstoječe enkratne proizvodnje na linijsko proizvodnjo, v posameznih fazah dela tudi avtomatizirano in robotizirano. Prenova zajema tudi optimizacijo embalaže, ki je nujno potrebna pri prehodu na avtomatizacijo pakiranja. Prenova procesa v tem oddelku bo omogočila nižje stroške dela, višjo produktivnost, hitrejši in krajši pretok materialov, manjše zaloge ter preglednejšo in bolj učinkovito organizacijo dela.

RENOVATION OF THE PACKAGING PROCES IN COMET LLC
Abstract:
Die Betonung liegt an dem Übergang von der bestehenden einmaligen Produktion auf die Linienproduktion, in einzelnen Phasen der Arbeit sogar auf die automatisierte und robotisierte Produktion. Die Erneuerung umfasst auch Optimierung der Verpackung, die sich beim Übergang auf die Automatisierung der Verpackung nicht umgehen lässt. Die Erneuerung des Prozesses in dieser Abteilung ermöglicht die Senkung der Arbeitskosten, höhere Produktivität, schnelleren und kürzeren Transfer der Materialien, kleineren Lagerbestand, übersichtlichere und effizientere Arbeitsorganisation.
