Abstract:	Diplomski seminar je osredotočen na naravno in kulturno dediščino občine Ravne na Koroškem. Naravna in kulturna dediščina sooblikujeta turistično ponudbo in sta zelo pomembni za turizem ter za promocijo kraja, mesta ali občine. Dediščina ima eno ključnih vlog v turizmu. Je pomembna sooblikovalka vsebine turistične ponudbe. Skupaj z naravo, njeno dediščino ter socialnim okoljem, v katerem se je razvijala, predstavlja primarno turistično ponudbo in osnovo turističnega povpraševanja. Naravna in kulturna dediščina ter turizem so postali glavni vir dohodka za mnoge skupnosti in države po vsem svetu. Ne le da ustvarjajo nova delovna mesta ampak tudi prinašajo dohodke od zunanjih skupnosti in drugih držav, kar omogoča razvoj lokalnega gospodarstva. Obstaja veliko pogojev in sredstev, ki so potrebni za uspeh. Obstaja veliko nacionalnih in mednarodnih organizacij, ki skrbijo za kulturno in naravno dediščino. Te zagotavljajo strokovno znanje in podporo. Sem spadajo United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), The European Commission, The European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), World Travel and Tourism Council in Organization of World Heritage Cities. Med pisanjem diplomskega seminarja sem tudi izvajala anketo, s čimer sem želela ugotoviti, kako dobro prebivalci Raven na Koroškem poznajo naravno in kulturno dediščino. Anketiranci so bili glede nekaterih vprašanj zelo neopredeljeni. Pomembne ugotovitve ankete: o domačini premalo sodelujejo pri snovanju turistične ponudbe, o premalo promoviranja občine, o domačini so zelo nezadovoljni s stanjem nekaterih objektov ( Rimski vrelec, grad Javornik,.…), večina jih predlaga obnovitev, o občina premalo stori na področju turizma, o z dobrim investitorjem bi lahko dokončali dela na smučišču Ivarčko — Ošven in s tem omogočili ponovno obratovanje smučišča, o v turistični ponudbi anketiranci pripisujejo največji pomen Prežihovi bajti.

Title:	NATURAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGE IN THE TOURISM OFFER OF THE MUNICIPALITY RAVNE NA KOROŠKEM
Abstract:	Degree is focused on the natural and cultural heritage of the community Ravne na Koroškem. Natural and cultural heritage tourism is very important for tourism and to promote the place, city or county. Heritage has a key role in tourism. It is important part of tourist attractions. Along with nature, its heritage and the social environment in which it has evolved, a primary tourist attractions and tourist demand basis. Cultural and heritage tourism has become a major source of revenue for many communities and states across the globe. It creates jobs and it also has the potential of bringing in needed revenue from outside the community. Also stimulates the local economy beyond the capacity of its own residents. Reflecting the economic importance of tourism in general and cultural and heritage tourism in particular, there are many national and international organizations that provide expertise and support for these activities in both developed and developing nations. These include the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), the European Commission, the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), World Travel and Tourism Council, Organization of World Heritage Cities. During the writing of the degree I also made a poll, in which I wanted to find out how well people know the level of Ravne na Koroškem natural and cultural heritage. Respondents were undefined on some questions. Key findings of the survey: • lack of local participation in the design of tourist offer, • lack of promotion of the commune, • the locals are very dissatisfied with the status of certain objects (Rimski vrelec, grad Javorniki...), most of the proposed renewal, • the community does not do enough in field of tourism • the good investors could complete the ski resort Ivarčko - Ošven and thus allow the restarting of the ski area, • of the tourist offer of respondents attributed the greatest importance Prežihovi bajti.
