Abstract:	V podjetju Prevent Mislinja d.o.o. se v procesu nabave izvajajo aktivnosti kot so nabave materialov, storitev in vhodna kontrola, reševanje reklamacij dobavljenih materialov in izbira ter ocenjevanje dobaviteljev. S pomočjo sistema SAP R/3 v nabavi podjetje doseže večjo transparentnost nabavnega procesa, večjo razbremenitev pri operativnih nalogah, zato več časa ostane za strategijo, krajši so tudi časi dobave in sodelovanje z dobavitelji je tudi učinkovitejše. Ko v podjetju nastane potreba po določenem blagu, moramo poiskati dobavitelja na listi že odobrenih dobaviteljev, ki smo jo predhodno izdelali na podlagi ocen predhodnih dobav. Dobavitelje imamo ločene v štiri skupine: A, B, C in D. Prednost imajo tisti dobavitelji, ki spadajo v skupino A kot odlični, na drugem mestu v skupini B so dobavitelji, ki so sprejemljivi, tretji so v skupini C in sicer pogojno sprejemljivi, tisti ki pa žal ne dosegajo minimuma kakovosti, ki jo zahteva podjetje pa so v skupini D kot nesprejemljivi. Kadar pa je potrebno poiskati nove dobavitelje, takrat pa na podlagi ponudb in povpraševanja izdelamo vzorec in med potencialnimi dobavitelji izberemo najustreznejšega. Namen izdelave diplomskega seminarja je bil izdelati ocene na podlagi podatkov iz leta 2009 med tremi dobavitelji in jih razvrstiti v skupine glede na število zbranih točk. Po mojih ugotovitvah je odličen dobavitelj blaga Tekstina d.d. iz Ajdovščine, Klopman Internacional je zaradi slabših komercialnih pogojev padel v skupino B in sicer je sprejemljiv dobavitelj, MTT Tekstil d.o.o. pa je zasedel mesto v skupini C, kot pogojno sprejemljiv dobavitelj. Pravilna izbira dobaviteljev ima za podjetje velik pomen, saj od nje ni odvisen samo uspeh nabave, ampak celoten obstoj podjetja.

Title:	PURCHASING PROCESS AND APPLICATION OF THE SAP SYSTEM AT THE COMPANY PREVENT MISLINJA D.O.O.
Abstract:	In the company Prevent Mislinja d.o.o. there are various activities, such as the purchase of materials, income control, solving warranty issues and the process of choosing and assessing of suppliers, taking place, as a part of the process of acquisition goods. With the help of the SAP R/3 system the company is able to achieve greater transparency, and a lesser workload when tackling tasks, therefore there is more time left to develop different strategies. Also the delivery deadlines shorten and the cooperation with the suppliers becomes more efficient. When the need for a certain kind of goods emerges in a company, we have to look for a supplier from a list of already approved suppliers, which was already made before hand based on the assessment of past deliveries. The suppliers are ranked in four groups: A,B,C,D. The suppliers ranked in group A, meaning they are an excellent supplier, have the upper hand, then we consider those from group B, the acceptable suppliers, then those in group C, the conditionally acceptable, and those in group D, the ones who do not achieve the quality the company demands and are therefore tagged as unacceptable. Whenever there is a need for a fresh supplier, a pattern is made based on the offers received and on our own demands, and we then chose the most appropriate one out of those. The purpose of making this diploma seminar was to make an evaluation based on the data from the year 2009 between three suppliers and arrange them into groups based on the number of points collected. According to my findings, Tekstina d.d. based in Ajdovščina is an excellent supplier, Klopman Internacional feel into group B because of weaker commercial potential, MTT Tekstil d.o.o. was meanwhile ranked in group C as a conditionally acceptable supplier. The right choice of suppliers is very important for a company, because not only the success of the company, but its very existence relies on their ability to deliver the right goods.
