Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obsega opis tehnologije Ruby on Rails za razvoj dinamičnih spletnih aplikacij in prototipno spletno aplikacijo, za izdajanje in vodenje računov. Posebej se posvetimo tehnologiji Rails, delovanju programskega jezika Ruby in opisu izdelane aplikacije. Podrobneje je razložen pristop za razvoj agilnih spletnih aplikacij ter delovanje ogrodja preko arhitekture model-pogled-krmilnik aplikacije.

Abstract:
The thesis contains description of Ruby on Rails technology to develop dynamic web applications and prototype web application for accounting. It focuses on Rails technology, operation of the programming language Ruby and the description of the designed applications. A detailed explanation of an agile approach to web application development and operation of the framework through the architecture Model-View-Controller application.
