Abstract:Delovna skupina je pomembna sestavina vsakega podjetja, saj udeleženci skupine s svojimi znanji in povezanostjo pripomorejo k hitrejšem, kakovostnejšem in bolj ekonomičnem opravljanju nalog v podjetju. Pomemben člen delovne skupine predstavlja vodja skupine, ki mora skupino voditi tako, da je le-ta produktivna, obenem pa mora biti pazljiv, da prepreči oziroma reši morebitne konflikte med člani delovne skupine. S pomočjo poslovnih sestankov, ki potekajo v vsakem podjetju pa poskuša vodja z uporabo načel uspešnega komuniciranja podati navodila za opravljanje nalog kar se da jasno. Seveda pa je pomebno tudi ocenjevanje, motiviranje in nagrajevanje članov, saj le-tako vzdržujemo produktivnost delovne skupine. Z ocenjevanje pridobimo informacije o znanju članov, njihovi zagnanosti za opravlanje nalog in podobno, prav tako pa moramo preučiti pomen motivacije in motivacijske dejavnike, vplivajo na člane delovne skupine. Vsako delo mora biti tudi poplačano, zato poznamo več načinov nagrajevanja, bodisi s plačami ali pa z drugimi načini kot so bonitete in napredovanja na delovnem mestu

Title:Designing Working groups in organisation
Abstract:Working Group is an important component of any business. Members of the group using their skills and connectivity for making tasks more economical,faster and on higher level of quality. Important element of the Working Group is also a team leader who must lead a group productive, but also be careful to avoid or resolve potential conflicts between members of the Working Group. With help of business meetings that take place in every business, leader is trying to apply the principles of effective communication for giving instructions for tasks as clearly as possible. Very important is also to rate, motivate and reward members because this is the only way we maintain the productivity of the working group. With ranking the knowledge and ability of the members we get informations about members, but we must also consider the importance of motivation and motivational factors how they affect the workgroup members. Each work must be rewarded. We know several ways to reward like higher Salary or other means such as bonuses and promotion on the workplace.
