Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen projekt ustvarjanja računalniške rešitve Proman Insight. Na začetku smo predstavili projekt ter predračunavanje in knjigovodenje le tega. Na podlagi pridobljenega znanja smo predstavili razpoložljive podatke o predračunih in dejanskem stanju izbrane računalniške rešitve. Ob koncu diplomske naloge smo na podlagi vseh podatkov izdelali kratko analizo poslovanja podjetja. Spoznali smo, da je bilo podjetje, ki je sicer skušalo s svojimi plani dobro poslovati, o predračunavanju premalo poučeno. Imelo je premalo znanj o samih projektih, kar je posledično pripeljalo tudi do neuspešnega poslovanja podjetja. Poslovno okolje je v današnjem času zaznamovano z dinamičnostjo, globalno konkurenco, hitrim tehnološkim razvojem in vse večjo razdrobljenostjo trga. Če želi podjetje uspeti, se mora tem razmeram prilagoditi. Takšno prilagoditev mu delno ponuja tudi dobro poznavanje računovodstva in vsega, kar mu le to lahko nudi. Podjetja morajo razvijati nove izdelke, ki bodo kupce zadovoljili maksimalno.

Title:ACCOUNTING OF CREATING IT SOLUTIONS
Abstract:The thesis presents the project of creating the IT solution Proman Insight. In the beginning, we present the project, the estimation of costs and accounting of the project costs. Based on the acquired knowledge, we have presented the available information on the estimation of costs and the actual state of the selected IT solution. In the final part of the thesis and based on all the acquired information, we have created a brief analysis of the operation of the company. We have realized that the company, which tried to plan and manage costs soundly, was not trained enough in the field of estimation of costs. It lacked the required knowledge on individual projects, which consequently lead to the unsuccessful operation of the company. In today’s world, the business environment is marked with dynamism, global competition, fast technological development, and an increasingly scattered market. If a company wishes to succeed, it has to adapt to these new circumstances. This adaption in part also depends on a sound understanding of accounting and all it has to offer. Companies have to develop new products that will satisfy the customers to the fullest.
