Title:ANALIZA OBJAV V ZADNJIH 5 LETIH V REVIJI JOURNAL OF CONSUMER RESEARCH

Abstract:Revija Journal of consumer Research je ena najstarejših revij, ki združuje psihologijo in vedenje uporabnikov na trgu. Članki v reviji so namenjeni proučevanju odjemalcev ter kako oni dojemajo, sprejemajo in se vedejo na trgu. Prva revija je izšla leta 1974, v kateri je objavil svoj članek tudi eden prvih strokovnjakov na področju psihologije v marketingu, George Katona. V diplomski nalogi smo se pri analizi revije omejili na zadnjih pet let. Revija je izšla od junija 2004 do marca 2007 štirikrat na leto, in od 2007 leta do 2009 šestkrat, kar pomeni, da smo analizirali 24 revij. Bibliometrija je raziskovanje kvantitativnih vidikov produkcije in diseminacije uporabe zapisanih informacij. Z bibliometrijo pridobimo podatke o avtorjih na področju, ki ga raziskujemo. Prav tako pa dobimo vpogled o razvoju tem na tem področju, kar pomeni tudi razvoj določene znanosti. Članke smo analizirali glede števila člankov v eni izdaji, dolžine člankov, števila člankov z grafi. Prav tako smo naredili analizo avtorjev po spolu, ter na koncu analizirali prvi objavljen članek v prvem izvodu revije Journal of Consumer Research.

Title:ANALYSIS OF ARTICLES IN JOURNAL OF CONSUMER RESEARCH IN LAST FIVE YEARS
Abstract:The Journal of Consumer Research is one of the oldest magazines, which combines psychology and marketing. Articles in journal aims at studying consumers and how they perceive, accept and behave in the market. The first magazine was published in 1974, where George Katona published his article about Psychology and Consumer Economics. George Katona was one of the first experts, who were researching field of influence of psychology in marketing. In our research we were limited on analysis of magazine over the past five years. From June 2004 to March 2007 journals were published four times a year, and from June 2007 to 2009 it was publishe six time per year. Therefore we analyzed 24 articles. Bibliometric explore quantitative aspects of the production and dissemination of written information. Bibliometrics is collecting data about the authors in the field we want to analyze. It also provides an insight on the development in this area, which also means the development of a particular science. The articles were analyzed regarding the number of articles in one issue, the length of articles, the number of articles with graphs. We also did an analysis of authors by gender. We also analyzed first article published in the first copy of the Journal of Consumer Research.
