Title:COMPAREMENT OF COMMANDING OPTIONS OF CONTEMPORARY STREET LIGHTING
Abstract:In the last time in most cases of outside lighting the prevention of light pollution and regulation is already a fixture. When the intention of road lighting is being engineered or designed, the designers are usually trying to do their best about reducing the pollution and consumption of electric energy, because that is the most important solution for community that pays the bills for electricity. Lightings that are designed properly, achieve their intention because of the smallest emissions of light in the area and also the smallest usage of electric energy that is achieved with the system regulation. In the previus periode of time the international recommendations CIE where in great help about reducing the light pollution. Despite the fact that every couple of years the international recommendations CIE are improving with the new recomendations, the light polution did not reduce. In the laste few years the Slovenian countrey got the decree about prevention of light pollution, but the decree is about to be supplemented soon. In the dissertation I will present directives that apply on Slovenian decree about light pollution prevention, the testimonial of international and European legislation and compare them with the Slovenian decree. The ramification caused by the decree will mostly affect owners and managers of outside lighting, that is why it is of most importants how much electrical energy can be saved by using highly efective lights and with the posibility of road lighting managing.
