Abstract:
Naloga opisuje razvoj inteligentnega sistema programiranja CNC obdelovalnih strojev, ki zajema definiranje baze tehnoloških pravil za postopke grobe in fine obdelave izvrtin ter ostalih poljubnih oblik tehnoloških gradnikov, ki zadostijo pogoju 2.5 osne obdelave. Opisuje organiziranje in povezovanje individualnih tehnoloških pravil na način, ki omogoča izdelavo kompleksnejših tehnoloških gradnikov in pri tem sledi pravilnemu tehnološkemu zaporedju. Definicija tehnoloških pravil je prirejena za uporabo v programskem paketu Siemens NX.

PROGRAMING AUTOMATION IN CAM SYSTEMS USING MACHINING FEATURES AND MACHINING RULES
Abstract:
Thesis describes the development of intelligent system for programming of CNC machining centers, for rough and fine machining of prismatic parts, using feature recognition technology and machining rules. Rules are organized and linked in a way that allows machining of more complex features and corresponds to the correct technological sequences of operations needed to produce them. A Knowledge Based Machining technology, within the CAD/CAM system Siemens NX, is used for machining rules definitions.
