Title:PRIMERJALNI VIDIK USTANOVITVE MALEGA PODJETJA V SLOVENIJI IN HRVAŠKI

Abstract:Mikro, mala in srednje velika podjetja (MSP) so »hrbtenica« sodobnega tržnega gospodarstva, kar še posebej velja za postranzicijske države, kot sta Slovenija in Hrvaška. Obe državi, Slovenija kot članica EU in Hrvaška kot država kandidatka, si z različnimi politikami, strategijami in ukrepi prizadevata za čim bolj spodbudno podjetniško okolje, vendar se še vedno soočata z neinformiranostjo podjetnikov začetnikov, nepoznavanjem virov zagonskih sredstev, nezaupljivostjo do podpornih inštitucij, počasnostjo odgovornih ustanov in administrativnimi zapleti pri ustanavljanju novih podjetij. Diplomsko delo kritično primerja postopka ustanovitve d. o. o. v Sloveniji in na Hrvaškem, ki velja za najbolj pogosto obliko poslovnih subjektov v obeh državah. Analiza je podkrepljena z rezultati aplikativne raziskave ki je izvedena na vzorcu 100 slovenskih in 100 hrvaških podjetij. Obe državi se močno zavedata pomembnosti MSP za lokalni gospodarstvi, kar kažejo tudi obsežnejša vlaganja v podporno okolje za podjetništvo, vendar bosta morali še veliko storiti za spodbujanje ustrezne institucionalne podpore in podjetniške klime.

Title:COMPARISON IN ESTABLISHING SMALL COMPANY IN SLOVENIA AND CROATIA
Abstract:Micro, small and medium enterprises play a key role in modern capitalist economies, especially in post transitional countries, like Slovenia and Croatia. Both countries, Slovenia as a full member of the European Union and Croatia as a candidate country, are making huge efforts to make the business environment for SMEs as simulative as possible by executing different policies, strategies and actual measures but unfortunately are still facing problems with lack of knowledge of young entrepreneurs about start-up financial sources, their distrustfulness towards the supportive institutions, slowness of these institutions and administrative complications that occur when starting a small business. The thesis critically compares limited company opening procedure in Slovenia and Croatia which is one of the most often types of small businesses in both countries. The analysis is supported by results of the research that has been conducted on a pattern composed of 100 Slovene and 100 Croatian newly-opened businesses. Both countries are much aware of the importance of SMEs for local economies, which is evident from the investment into supportive environment, but will have to do a lot more to enable adequate institutional support and entrepreneurial environment.
