Abstract:	Vsaka organizacija nastane z namenom, da bi se razvijala in dolgoročno ustvarjala koristi za sebe in okolico. Delovanje na konkurenčnem trgu je težko, še bolj pa je oteženo, če se na trgu pojavi kriza, ki zmanjšuje kupno moč in s tem vpliva na prihodke organizacije. Hiter tehnološki razvoj nas je pripeljal v dobo, v kateri je znanje, zmožnost reagiranja na spremembe in uvajanje sprememb v prakso ključni dejavnik uspeha vsake organizacije. Zato je tudi v času kriznih razmer potrebno uvajati ključne spremembe, ki bodo zagotavljale organizacijam nadaljnjo rast in razvoj. V delu je povzeto nekaj temeljnih teoretičnih znanj s področja projektnega managementa in organizacije, ki se v nadaljevanju povezujejo s praktičnim delom pri pripravi strategije, portfolia projektov, organizacije in zagonskega elaborata. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili predlog mojemu mentorskemu podjetju za oživitev poslovanja s pričetkom novega proizvodnega procesa. Predlog zajema nov pristop vodenja podjetja ter uporabe projektov za izvajanje zastavljenih strategij. V ta namen je v nalogi zajet predlog strategije nadaljnjega razvoja podjetja s prvim evidentiranjem projektov in strateškim projektnim planom ter zagonski elaborat primarnega projekta s cilji, planom projekta, tveganji, ekonomiko in organizacijsko strukturo projekta.

Title:	PROJECT STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION FOR COMPANY DEVELOPMENT INTRODUCING A NEW PRODUCTION PROGRAM
Abstract:	Every organization is established in order to develop and create long-term benefits for itself and others. Work in a competitive market is difficult, but it is even more difficult, if the crisis occurs in the market, which reduces the purchasing power which affect the revenue of the organization. Rapid technological development has led us into a period in which knowledge, ability to react to changes and making changes in practice is a key factor in the success of any organization. Therefore, even during a crisis it is necessary to introduce key changes that will ensure future growth and organization development. This thesis summarizes some basic theoretical knowledge of project management and organization, which is associated with the practical part by preparing the strategy, portfolio projects, organization and start-up of a project. In this thesis, we presented a proposal for my mentor’s firm to refresh the business by introducing a new manufacturing process. The proposal includes a new approach for the enterprise managing with the use of projects for the implementation of strategies. For this reason, the thesis includes the proposal for further development of business strategy, with the first projects recording and strategic project plan. The start-up of the primary project includes project objectives, project plan, potential project risks, project economics and organizational structure of the project.
