Abstract:	Diplomsko delo predstavlja organiziranje računovodske službe v malem podjetju z namenom pridobiti bolj kakovostne in ažurne informacije, osredotoča pa se tudi na učinke, ki jih ima ta nova organiziranost na poslovanje podjetja. V nalogi je širše predstavljeno tudi računovodstvo: obravnavani so njegovi temelji, organiziranost in formalna izhodišča organiziranosti ter sestavni deli računovodstva, tj. računovodsko obračunavanje, računovodsko predračunavanje, računovodsko nadziranje in računovodsko analiziranje. Ugotavljamo, da je računovodsko obračunavanje in računovodsko nadziranje ustrezno analizirano, računovodsko analiziranje in predračunavanje pa se bo še razvilo v skladu s potrebami in zahtevami lastnikov podjetja.

Title:	ORGANISING OF ACCOUNTING IN A SMALL COMPANY
Abstract:	The thesis presents the organization of the accounting department in a small business in order to obtain updated information or information of better quality, and focuses also on the effects of this new organization on the operations of the business in question. In addition, the thesis discusses the general accounting: its foundations, structure and organization of formal positions and accounting components, i. e. financial accounting, budgeting, financial control and accounting analyses. We note that the financial accounting and accounting control is properly analyzed, and that financial analyses and budgeting will be further developed in accordance with the needs and requirements of business owners.
