Abstract:
Namen dela je podrobneje predstaviti športni management uspešnega športnega kluba. Doseganje načrtovanih ciljev in posledično uspešnost management dosega z uporabo temeljnih funkcij managementa: načrtovanje, organiziranje, vodenje in nadziranje. Kako uspeti v časih, ko je globalizacija na pohodu, ko je trg zasičen s ponudbo raznih dejavnosti in omejen s finančnimi sredstvi. Kje je torej ključ uspešnosti?

Abstract:
The aim of my diploma work is to introduce sport management in details. Achieving estimated goals which consequence is the success with the use of basic management functions: planning, monitoring and management. How to succeed in times of the globalisation, the market is full with different offers of different activities and with the financial limits. Where is the key of the success?
