Abstract:Diplomska naloga opisuje razvoj modela za ocenjevanje voznikov.

Title:MODEL TO SUPPORT DRIVER'S ASSESMENT
Abstract:This diploma thesis contains the description of development model for evaluation of drivers. Model was built on a base of selected parameters which was arranged into hierarchical parameter tree. Evaluation of bus drivers is supported with expert system shell Dexi development tool knowledge base, evaluating of options and explaination of the given results. The dedicated model was set with the help of which six variants were evaluated. Both the applied methodology of multi – attribute decision making and the computer programme Dexi and Vredana have been recognized as suitable for this decision making case as they allow systematic and transparent decision making in the field evaluation of drivers.
