Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava področje administracije gradbenih projektov. Znotraj gradbenega projekta kot celote, je namen adninistracije gradbenih projektov organizirati poslovanje v skladu s specifičnimi zahtevani gradbenih projektov. V delu so obravnavani: praksa v času nastanka tega dela, nekatere posledice slabe prakse ter predlogi za izboljšanje. Med predlogi izstopajo predlogi uvedbe primernejših načinov komunikacije ter uvedba uporabe projektnega portala v prakso vodenja gradbenih projektov.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: CURRENT PRACTICE AND IMPROVEMENT SUGGESTIONS
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the construction project administration as a part of the construction project. The goal of the administration is to organize each construction project in according to the project specifics. The diploma work cower current praxis at the time, some bad practice descriptions and some improvement suggestions. Among suggestions we emphasized better communication practice and project portal usage.
