| Abstract: | Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti investicijske dokumente pri gradnji negospodarskih objektov. Vsebuje kratek oris graditve in investicijske zasnove. Kasneje se osredotoča in podrobneje opiše dokument identifikacije investicijskega projekta. Delo predstavi, kako je investicijski projekt opredeljen z Uredbo o enotni metodologiji za pripravo in obravnavo investicijske dokumentacije na področju javnih financ, Uradni list RS, št 60/2006 in z Uredbo o metodologiji za pripravo in obravnavo investicijske dokumentacije na področju državnih cest, Uradni list RS, št. 124/2007. Na podlagi izdelanega praktičnega primera dokumenta identifikacije investicijskega projekta so podane in razložene zaključne ugotovitve. |
