Abstract:
Diplomsko delo opisuje razvoj tračnega transporterja za dovod in odvod sipkega materiala. Oba tračna transporterja delujeta v sklopu mobilne separacije sipkega materiala. V uvodnem delu diplomskega dela je na kratko opisano področje diplomskega dela, namen in cilji diplomskega dela. V osrednjem delu diplome je določena zmogljivosti obeh tračnih transporterjev in na osnovi sekcijskega preračuna tračnega transporterja tudi sile v traku. V programu SolidWorks sta bila izdelana modela tračnih transporterjev; trdnostna kontrola nosilne konstrukcije obeh tračnih transporterjev je bila narejena v programu Abaqus.

FOLDING TAPE CONVEYORS DESIGN FOR SCREENING DEVICE
Abstract:
The diploma work describes the developement of a tape conveyors meant for suppying and and carrying away of granular material. Both tape converyors are part of a mobile screenig device. In the introduction part there is a short description of the field of work, intentions and goals of the diploma work. In the main part of diploma work we have determined the capacity of both tape conveyors. On the the basis of section calculations we have also determined the forces in the tapes. Computer models of both tape conveyors were made in the program SolidWorks; stress analysis was made in the program Abaqus.
