Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi se bom osredotočil na primerjavo podobnih sistemov skozi enega izmed institutov insolvenčne zakonodaje katerega poznajo oba sistema -stečajnega upravitelja. Pozkušal bom zajeti vse bistvene razlike in podobnosti istega instituta v obeh sistemih. Najpomembnejše značilnosti na podlagi katerih bom primerjal institut so: imenovanje upravitelja, pooblastila in dolžnosti stečajnega upravitelja, nadzor nad delom ter nagrada ze delo in nadomestila stroškov.

Comparison of legal status of bankruptcy officer in Slovenia and Croatia
Abstract:
In my work I will focus on a comparison of similar systems trough one of the institutes of bankruptcy law wich is known to both systems. The key features trough wich I will try to compare systems are: appointment of bankruptcy receiver, powers and duties of a receiver and administrator control of receiver.
