Title:MODEL UVAJANJA POSLOVNO INFORMACIJSKEGA SISTEMA ZA POTREBE GOSPODARSKE ZBORNICE SLOVENIJE

Abstract:Podjetje, ki želi uspešno prebroditi tako hitre spremembe v okolju kot so v tem času, si mora zagotoviti takšen informacijski sistem, ki mu bo zagotavljal kvalitetne informacije. Točne, pravočasne in primerne informacije lahko zagotovi le tak informacijski sistem, ki temelji na sodobni informacijski tehnologiji in pokriva vse procese v podjetju. Pred uvedbo celovite programske rešitve je najprej potrebno veliko napora vložiti v raziskavo trga in poiskati najustreznejšo rešitev. Pomembna je postavitev projektnih skupin in določitev pristojnosti posameznega člana skupine. V začetni fazi projekta je bistvenega pomena narediti čim bolj podroben opis procesov in predvidenih dodelav v programu. Zelo pomembno je medsebojno sodelovanje in pravilno razumevanje obeh projektnih timov. Brez sprotnega pregleda projekta lahko kmalu zaidemo izven začrtanih ciljev, projekt se časovno zamakne ali pa v skrajnem primeru lahko pride celo prekinitve projekta. Vsi člani tako na naročnikovi kot na izvajalčevi strani se morajo zavedati pomembnosti prenove. V nalogi smo opisali uvedbo informacijskega sistema Largo v Gospodarski zbornici Slovenije. V načrtu uvedbe smo opisali poslovne procese, potrebne dodelave ter plan prehoda na nov sistem. Po končanem projektu smo ocenili kritične dejavnike uspeha.

Title:IMPLEMENTATION MODEL OF ENTERPRISE RESOUCRE PLANNING FOR THE NEEDS OF CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY OF SLOVENIA
Abstract:Striving to wade through rapid changes of nowadays environment a company has to assure itself information system that provides accurate information. Accurate, timely and relevant information can be provided only by information system based on advanced information technology at the same time covering all business processes in the company. A company must put a lot of effort in research of the market and find a suitable solution prior to implementation of ERP solutions. It is of crucial importance to establish project teams and assign responsibilities to each team member. Elaboration of detailed process descriptions and anticipated additional amendmends is essential part of the initial stage of the project. Mutual cooperation and proper understanding of both project teams is very important. Without permanent project review, defined objectives might not be achieved, delays are more than possible. In extreme situations this can lead to project cancellation. All members of the team must be aware of the importance of project. This research describes the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning - Largo for the needs of Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia. Introduction plan describes business processes, needed modifications and implementation plan of transition to a new system. On the closure of the project, we evaluated the critical success factors.
