Abstract:
Diplomsko delo predstavlja planiranje in razvoj kadrov v Poštnem logističnem centru Ljubljana. V okviru teoretičnega dela diplomske naloge smo opredelili kadrovanje in se v nadaljevanju osredotočili na planiranje in razvoj kadrov. Empirični del diplomske naloge zajema predstavitev Poštnega logističnega centra Ljubljana ter potek planiranja in razvoja kadrov v organizaciji. Z namenom odkrivanja dejanskega stanja na področju razvoja kadrov empirični del diplomske naloge vsebuje tudi rezultate merjenja organizacijske klime, pri kateri smo se osredotočili na tista področja, ki so v povezavi z razvojem kadrov v organizaciji.

PLANNING AND STAFF DEVELOPMENT IN THE POSTAL LOGISTICS CENTRE LJUBLJANA
Abstract:
The thesis presents planning and development of human resources in Postal Logistics Centre Ljubljana. In the theoretical part of this work we have defined recruitment and hereafter focused on planning and staff development. The empirical part of the thesis presents Postal Logistics Centre Ljubljana and course planning and development of human resource in the organization. With a purpose to detect the actual state in the field of staff development the empirical part includes also the results of the organizational climate measurement in which we focused on those areas that are related with the development of human resource in the organization.
