Title:PRIČAKOVANJA O REZULTATIH DELA PRI INVALIDIH

Abstract:V začetku dela predstavimo pojem invalida in invalidnosti in proučimo cilje Zakona o zaposlitveni rehabilitaciji in zaposlovanju invalidov (ZZRZI). Opišemo kvotni sistem zaposlovanja invalidov in širšo problematiko invalidnosti v Mercatorju. Z analizo demografskih podatkov invalidov spoznamo njihove glavne značilnosti. S pilotsko raziskavo smo skušali ugotoviti, v kolikšni meri se upoštevajo invalidove omejitve pri delu. Na koncu prikažemo možne sistemske rešitve ter predlagamo strategijo in konkretne aktivnosti za uresničevanje strategije ravnanja z invalidi pri delu. Namen dela je opozoriti na potrebo po sistematičnem delu z invalidi in povečevanju njihovega prispevka v podjetju, saj v nasprotnem primeru večkrat predstavljajo strošek podjetja, kar pripomore k širjenju predsodkov o invalidih in mnenju zaposlenih, da so invalidi zaščitena populacija. Konstruktivno ravnanje z invalidi pri delu izhaja predvsem iz optimizacije ekonomske učinkovitosti podjetja - in ne le iz družbene odgovornosti in zadovoljevanja zakonskih predpisov.

Title:EXPECTATIONS OF WORK RESULTS OF DISABLED PEOPLE
Abstract:The first part of our work consists of describing the notion of the disabled and disability and studying the goals of the Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment of Disabled Persons Act. We describe the quota system for the employment of the disabled and furthermore the issue of the disabled in Mercator. The analysis of the demographic data of the disabled reveals their main characteristics. Through the pilot survey we tried to investigate to what extent the disability is taken into consideration regarding the limitations of work for the disabled. The last part pictures the possible systematic solutions and the suggested strategy as well as the concrete activity for the realisation of the strategy concerning the approach towards the disabled at work. The aim of this work is to draw attention to the need for a systematic approach towards working with the disabled and to boost their contribution to the company. Otherwise, the disabled in many cases represent costs to the company. What is more, this can lead to greater prejudice towards the disabled and it can foster a general opinion of the employees that the disabled are a protected part of the population. A constructive approach towards the disabled at work stems mainly from the optimisation of the economic efficiency of a company and not only from the social responsibility and following the statutory provision/code.
