Abstract:
Velik del malih in srednje velikih podjetij predstavljajo družinska podjetja, ki postajajo pomemben dejavnik razvoja slovenskega gospodarstva. Vendar pa zelo skromen delež majhnih podjetij zraste v srednje velika podjetja, saj jih veliko (okoli 40%) ne preživi prva tri do štiri leta. V diplomskem delu je prikazano planiranje razvoja na ravni politike podjetja in strateškega managementa v malem družinskem podjetju. Na podlagi raziskav smo opredelili politiko podjetja SVIT-ZOLAR, d.o.o. in nadaljevali s planiranjem na ravni strateškega managementa: iskali smo strateške možnosti in strategije, strategije ekonomsko ovrednotili in planirali prihodnjo razvojno strukturiranost podjetja. Delo smo zaključili s programom razvoja in seznamom uresničitvenih projektov ustanovitve podjetja.

PLANNING DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY SVIT-ZOLAR, D.O.O.
Abstract:
A great part of small and medium companies are represanted by family businesses, which are becoming and importatn factor of development of Slovene economy. Otherwhise a smal par of small businesses grow in bigger companies because a lot of them, around 40%, do not survive the first three or four years they are founded, This diploma presents development planning on the level of enterprises policy and strategic management in small family enterpreise. We determined policy of te SVIT-ZOLAR, Ltd company based on finished resarches and continued with planning on level of the stratefic management; we searched for strategic piossibilitews an strategies, we passed judgment on strategies economically and planned future developmental strucuture of the company. We finished aur work with treh programme of development and the list of realizable projecsts of foundation of the company.
