Abstract:	Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti izobraževanje v podjetju Ljubljanski potniški promet d. o. o. Z velikim zanimanjem sem se dotaknila vseh dejavnikov, ki so povezani z izobraževanjem. V diplomskem delu najprej opredelim pojem izobraževanja in navedem nekaj primerov, kako ga razdelimo, kje ga uporabljamo. Osredotočim se na potrebe po izobraževanju, ki so za dosego ciljev podjetja zelo pomembne. Opišem tudi usposabljanje zaposlenih, saj je to tudi eden pomembnih dejavnikov, ki pripomore k večji uspešnosti podjetij. Nato se osredotočim na izobraževanje voznikov v Ljubljanskem potniškem prometu. Šele potem podrobno opišem, kako je izobraževanje v podjetju organizirano, definiram vse metode, ki jih uporablja. Naštejem vsa izobraževanja, ki so prisotna v podjetju, in razlike med njimi. V nadaljevanju opišem dejansko stanje s pomočjo ankete. Na koncu predstavim ugotovitve z grafi.

Title:	EDUCATION OFF BUS DRIVERS IN LJUBLJANA PASSENGER TRAFFIC D.O.O.
Abstract:	My first intention was to present ways of education in city company called »Ljubljanski potniški promet d. o. o. «. With great interest I looked for all factores which are in any relations with education. In first part I present education and give some samples how it is divided and where we use it. I focuse on needs for education which are in this case very important to reach for company goals. I also describe ways of training their employees because this is also very important factor which can help with bigger success of the company. After that I focuse on education of drivers in company »Ljubljanski potniški promet d. o. o. «. When all this is written, I decribe organisation of education and used metods. I count all ways of education and describe differences between them. I describe actuall status in company with questionary. In the end I present findings with special charts.
