Abstract:	Naloga prikazuje način, kako lahko povečamo proizvodnjo medu, ne da bi menjali panjski sistem. Dokazani so tudi velika racionalizacija časa, lažje delo in večji donosi po panju, če investiramo v zamenjavo dvoetažnega AŽ panja s trietažnim AŽ panjem. Izračun točke pokritja investicije prikazuje smiselnost, da se laže odločimo za modernejšo in bolj učinkovito proizvodnjo medu, pod pogojem da uspemo prodati pridelke po priporočenih cenah in ne cenah, s katerimi se srečujejo proizvajalci na slovenskem trgu. Dejstvo je namreč, da so cene čebeljih pridelkov pri proizvajalcih na domu navadno nekoliko nižje od ekonomsko upravičenih cen, kar ne zagotavlja donosne proizvodnje. Prikazana je možnost, kako osnovnemu pridelku zagotoviti dodano vrednost. Z izračunom predelave medu v medico opazimo, da je predelava primarnih pridelkov smiselna in nam prinaša veliko večje prihodke kot samo prodaja primarnih pridelkov. Nakazuje tudi druge možnosti, npr. predelavo kristaliziranega medu. Proizvajalec si s predelavo zagotovi pestro ponudbo in večje prihodke. Naloga predstavi tudi zakonodajo s področja predelave medu.

Title:	HONEY PRODUCTION RESEARCH OF PRODUCTION EXPANSION POSSIBILITIES
Abstract:	The thesis presents ways, how we can increase the production of honey, without changing the beehive panel. Great time rationalization, easier work and larger incomes per hive by investing in the substitution of the two floor AŽ hive with the three floor AŽ hive, have also been proven. The calculation of the break-even point of the investment presents the sanity that we can easier decide for a modern and effective honey production under the condition we succeed to sell the products for recommended prices and not prices, which are facing manufacturers on the Slovenian market. The fact is that the prices of bee products are usually a bit lower at the manufacturers’ homes then the economically justifiable prices, which does not ensure a profitable production. We showed the possibility how to assure the added value on the basic product. With the calculation of honey processing into mead we can see, that the processing is reasonable and provides a lot larger incomes then only the sales of primary products. It also signals other possibilities, namely the honey crystallization. With the processing the manufacturer assures himself a diverse offer and larger incomes. Regarding the honey processing the Thesis also presents the legislation of this field.
