Title:MOTIVATION FOR STUDY OF EMPLOYED STUDENTS
Abstract:ABSTRACT The main thesis is the motivation for the study of working students. We have assumed that the various motives for studying the surveyed population of students, in addition to studying, and performing various jobs through the student center. The research will provide information on what employees to motivate students to study and why a study carried out in addition to student work. Does this account for social problems such as financial pressures, or social factors, such as status symbols, reputation, independence, self-esteem. Every person is an individual with their specific properties and this is his motivation, individual and unique. In this problem we will address in this thesis is whether students who work the primary aim of the early successful conclusion of the study or were enrolled in college for the benefits brought by a student. In Slovenia, the average study duration of 7 years, during which time only 50 % graduate students. We assume that one of the causes is student work. With the help of the program for statistical analysis (SPSS) was able to show that the quantity of student work adversely affect the performance of studies, resulting in a lack of time to study and extension study of repetition, pavziranja. The hypothesis that student work extends the duration of the study we were able to prove it but we refuse to be sharing the method of study, because we were unable to confirm the hypothesis that part-time students complete their studies earlier than scheduled. We rejected the hypothesis that the predominant motifs of the intangible tangible. Hypothesis that different motives are valued in the manner of study, we adopted only motifs that are valued more motivation to maintain regular student grants and higher reputation in society, the other claims we failed to confirm the hypothesis.
