Abstract:Podjetje je skupek posameznih procesov.

Title:REENGINEERING THE MODEL OF PROCESS STRUCTURE FOR BUSINESS WITH SECURITIES
Abstract:A company is a combination of individual processes, amongst which are hiring, purchase etc. Nowadays only successful companies that have well coordinated leadership, explicit strategy and competitive offers sustain in the market. To be utmost competitive one has to offer the same service or product at lower prices. There are many ways how to reduce service or product prices (finding a new supplier, using cheaper raw materials etc.). Company’s management is the one who decides which method will be used; however the crucial part in every method seems to be the process reengineering itself. One of the companies that offer non-competitive service is the company I work for. The company is dealing with service of security trading and is quite successful in its field, however, as we discovered in the master’s thesis, it is not as competitive when it comes to offering the same kind of services (trading the securities) to the southeast markets. The master’s thesis suggests reengineering of the existing process for trading securities used in the southeast markets in order to make the company the most competitive it can possibly be. The main problem of the existing process model lies in insufficiency of trading costs and the latter is also what makes it uninteresting to the potential clients. On the basis of a thorough research the thesis suggests reengineering of the existing process, where one would simply cut out one of many intermediaries in the process and connect directly to the provider of the local markets.
Keywords:reengineering, process, securities, southeast markets.
