Abstract:Mobilne in brezžične tehnologije se razvijajo izredno hitro, visoko razviti mobilni telefoni pa postajajo cenovno dostopni.

Title:Model for mobile payment of lottery tickets
Abstract:Mobile and wireless technology is developing extremely fast, and highly developed mobile phones are becoming more accessible price-wise. At the same time there is an increase in the use of mobile phones for sending short text messages, internet browsing, shopping etc. Mobile business and mobile payments are gaining importance, the latter focusing on speed, safety and simplicity. A lot has already been done in the field of mobile infrastructure, since it has already been established as well as the technology itself. Mobile payments are extremely safe due to the use of a digital certificate for user or buyer identification, already known from the electronic bank. The issue we pointed out was that the mobile application for the selection of lotto numbers as well as paying for lotto tickets via mobile phones has not been established yet. So this paper will be mostly dealing with the establishment of an m-application for entering or selecting numbers as well as the system for mobile payment of lotto tickets with an m-invoice using the existing mobile technology. Payment of an m-invoice via your mobile phone is secure due to the use of the WPKI (Wireless Public Key Infrastructure) technology, which enables the users of mobile phones to verify authentication in the area of banking, mobile operators and mobile networks where the public key infrastructure is moved into the mobile world.
