Title:CROSS CULTURAL DIVERSITIES OF BUSINESS COMMUNICATION
Abstract:In this paper I have studied the influence of culture on business communication. Throughout the history pople from different geographical backgrounds have been exposed to various influences and accordingly throughout different periods formed different values, norms, rules, etc. which nowdayes characterize their lives and patterns of behaviour. This cultural diversity can be seen in many different areas of action of individual nations. Communications among different nations indeed/actually represents a bond which connetcts these nations. We speak of a link among cultures. Some cultures are quite similar to each other and therefore communication is easier whereas others differ quite a lot which makes the communication much more difficult. Ideal communication in the international business enviroment, i.e. communication among different cultures, should be similar to the communication among members of the same culture. In the order to achieve that, is necessery to communicate successfully with these people, and successful comunications is possible only when we are familiar with the main characteristics of their culture, which is already mentioned the foundation for any efficient communication.
Keywords:culture, cultural diversity, cross-cultural communication, business comunication
