Abstract:Diplomsko delo govori o motivaciji za ustvarjalno delo. Odgovore sem prikazala grafično in tabelarno in s tem prišla do sklepov in predlogov.

Title:MOTIVATION FOR CREATIVE WORK
Abstract:The topic of this thesis is motivation for creative work. Due to continuous changes in todays competitive world greater and greater attention needs to be taken. Organizations have to consider the importance and neccessity of investing into their employees, who contribute a great deal to company's creativity with their knowledge and competence. In the first theoretical part of this thesis the general apects of motivation and creativity are explained: encouregment, development, methods, techniques and rewarding. The second emphirical part contains a research. With the help of a questionnare, which contains 13 questions, I was trying to establish which factors encourage and which factors deminish creativity, the attitude of employees and their superiors towards creativity, which methods are used for creative coorporation, which are the motivational factors neccessary for rewarding and which rewards are used for creative work. The interviewed are employed in different types of organizations both profitable and unprofitable. There were 65 interviewed. I set four hypotheses and tested them with the help of a poll questionnare. The answers are shown both graphically and in a form of charts. This way I came to conclusions and suggestions and based on these I put forward or discarded diffrent hypotheses. The results show that employees in different types of organizations (profitable and unprofitable) are motivated by very similar factors. There are very few different factors that motivate employees for a creative work. All employees have in common the fact that they are most motivated by good working relations and the least motivated by monotonous work and stress. Also among employees in different positions the most positive factor is working relations, followed by various factors such as education possibilities, promotion and career development. On the other hand there are factors that demolish creativity. Most common are stress, anxiety to loose a job and punishment for mistakes.
