Abstract:Za podjetja postaja človek vir konkurenčne prednosti.

Title:THE INFLUENCE OF COMMUNICATION STYLE ON ORGANIZATION CLIMATE
Abstract:A person is becoming a source of competitive advantage for companies. A company that has the capability to study the organizational atmosphere among its employees, to respond to it and promote its growth, is making the first steps towards acknowledging that the employees are one of the key competitive advantages in the business world. The diploma work presents the influence a communication style has over employees. It is expressed in the form of a comparison of two surveys with completely different results. One was carried out at the time when the management of a company did not pay much attention to studying the organizational atmosphere among the employees, the other after the systematic approach by the management and middle management to encourage and motivate the employees to participate in the growth of the organizational atmosphere. The results of the two surveys show that a better atmosphere influences the creativity of the employees, their affiliation and their commitment to solve everyday problems that arise from work. It is only with such an approach by the management as well as all the employees and their intercommunication that the employees will feel a permanent sense of affiliation and consider the goals of the company as their own and thus also create a positive atmosphere themselves.
Keywords:organizational atmosphere, organizational culture, individual's manner of expression, organizational communication, management model, motivation of employees.
