Abstract:
Magistrsko delo predstavlja problematiko razvoja kadrov za namen sodelovanja v mednarodnih operacijah in misijah v Slovenski vojski. Zagotavljanje in razvoj ustreznega kadra za mednarodne operacije in misije je v današnem času za Slovensko vojsko zelo pomembna naloga. Pripadniki Slovenske vojske morajo biti na mednarodne operacije in misije pripravljeni in usposobljeni, če želijo kvalitetno opravljati naloge in poslanstva. Od kvalitete kadrov je odvisen uspeh katere koli organizacije v domačem okolju kakor tudi v globalnem svetu. Od kvalitete kadra je odvisen tudi uspeh Slovenske vojske v okviru izvajanja nalog, ki jih je Republika Slovenija in z njo Slovenska vojska sprejela in jih sprejema od vstopa Republike Slovenije v NATO. Med te naloge se šteje tudi sodelovanje Slovenske vojske v mednarodnih operacijah in misijah. V magistrski nalogi so prikazane metode razvoja kadrov v Slovenski vojski za namen sodelovanja v mednarodnih operacijah in misijah. Za zaključek pa je s pomočjo usmerjenega intervjuja prikazano mnenje pripadnikov Slovenske vojske, ki so sodelovali na mednarodnih operacijah in misijah, o razvoju kadrov.

Personnel development for purpose of cooperation in international operations and missions in Slovenian armed forces
Abstract:
Master's thesis dissertation introduces the problems of personnel development for purpose of cooperation in international operations and missions in Slovenian armed forces. Assurance and development of adequate personnel for international operations and missions is for Slovenian armed forces in the present time very important task. Partisans of Slovenian armed forces must be prepared and qualified for international operations and missions, if they wish to perform their tasks and missions quality. The success of any organization in domestic environment as well as in the global world depends on the quality of personnel. On the quality of the personnel depends also the success of Slovenian armed forces in the framework of performing the tasks, undertaken by Republic of Slovenia and therefor by Slovenian armed forces, which were and are accepted since the entry of Republic of Slovenia into NATO. Among these tasks is considered also the cooperation of Slovenian armed forces in international operations and missions. Master's thesis shows methods of personnel development in Slovenian armed forces for the purpose of cooperation in international operations and missions. In conclusion, with help of opinion – oriented interview, it is shown the opinion of partisans of Slovenian armed forces on personnel development.
