Abstract:
V diplomskem delu so predstavljena X-drevesa, binarna X-drevesa, X-drevesa s korenom in filogenetska X-drevesa. Predstavljena sta primera uporabe logenetskih dreves v biologiji. Predstavljeni so tudi X-razcepi in Bunemanov izrek o X-razcepih. Obravnavana je tudi delna urejenost X-dreves.

PHYLOGENETICS TREES
Abstract:
In this thesis we consider X-trees, binary X-trees, rooted X-trees and phylogenetic X-trees. Applications of phylogenetic trees in biology are presented. We consider also X-splits and we show Buneman's theorem about X-splits. Partial order of X-trees is also considered.
