Abstract:Proces dela na oddelku izvršb temelji predvsem na papirnih dokumentih oziroma ogromni količini papirja. S programom Brezpapirja.si smo izdelali prototipno rešitev za zajemanje, urejanje, posredovanje in hranjenje sklepov o izvršbi v elektronski obliki.

Title:OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF E-BUSINESS IN THE PROCESS OF E-COURT ORDER
Abstract:Working process in the department of court order is based on paper documents and enormous quantity of paper. A court order which contains three to ten pages or more is sent by the court for every person in debt who has an account in the bank.. All the work is done manually because all data come to the bank in paper form by normal post and they need to be verified before they are entered in the application. The controller’s task is to double-check all data from the court order, check their accuracy and correct eventual errors. Verifying and looking for data takes a lot of time. Court orders which the bank returns because of deficient data or other reasons need to be re-entered. That is why the same data are entered at least twice. Because of this the costs of sending the notifications are high both for the bank and the court. After the finished notification the court order and notification are archived in a case. Because of such an enormous amount of paper documents the department is short of space. The purpose of this thesis is to introduce the course of court order in the bank and problems employers are encountering. We want facts and statements to be linked with practice and to make a proposition in what way we could contribute to faster and more efficient delivery of court order process data. We looked closely at the opportunity to reduce the amount of paper documents in Abanka Vipa in the department of Collective payments unit. With the application Brezpapirja.si we made a prototype solution for capturing, editing, forwarding and maintaining court orders in the electronic form.
