Abstract:	Ob večji konkurenčnosti na trgu se pojavljajo tudi zahteve po večji učinkovitosti logistike. Hiter napredek skladiščnega poslovanja omogoča, da se zadovoljijo vse potrebe ter zahteve dobavitelja in potrošnika. Dobra organizacija omogoča čim hitrejši pretok blaga, kar pa je za skladiščno poslovanje zelo pomembno. V diplomskem delu je najprej predstavljen teoretični in nato praktični del skladiščenja v podjetju Lisca, d. d. Podjetje uporablja za svoje potrebe skladiščenja gotovih izdelkov visokoregalno konstrukcijo, sistem Minirack in v zadnjem delu paletno skladiščenje. V skladišču se uporablja transportno skladiščna enota paleta in PVC zaboj. V okviru diplomskega dela je predstavljena rešitev problema v obliki reorganizacije zadnjega dela skladišča. Predlagana je uvedba regalne konstrukcije Minirack, kjer bi namesto paletnega odlaganja s PVC zaboji, po novem skladiščili PVC zaboje direktno v regalna okna. S tem bi izkoristili veliko prostora v višino, uskladiščenje bi bilo bolj pregledno, sprostili bi tudi celotno skladišče, saj bi bilo veliko gotovih izdelkov uskladiščenih v zadnjem delu skladišča.

Title:	LOGISTICS ANALYSIS AT THE WAREHOUSE ACTIVITY IN THE COMPANY LISCA, d. d.
Abstract:	With more competition on the market, demands for greater efficiency of logistics are emerging. Fast progress of warehouse activity enables all needs and demands of the supplier and consumer to be met. A good organization enables a turnover of goods that is as quick as possible, which is very important for warehouse activity. In my diploma thesis, first the theoretical and then the practical aspects of storage in the company Lisca are presented. For the needs of warehousing of certain products on a pallet or a plastic trunk, the company uses a high-shelf construction, Minirack and warehouse for pallets. In diploma is introduced the solution of the problem, which is seen in organization in the back part of the warehouse. We suggested the introduction of high-shelf construction for Minirack. Instead of warehousing of a plastic trunk on pallets they would storage plastic trunk directly in high-shelf construction. The results of this can be seen in bigger place for storage in a surveyable storage and in releasing of entire place in the warehouse, because majority of products will be stored in the back area of the warehouse.
