Abstract:	Hitre spremembe trga zahtevajo hitre in pravilne reakcije tako posameznih podjetij kot tudi celotne oskrbne verige. Odločitve naj temeljijo na pravih in pravočasnih informacijah. Ključna smer razmišljanja je gradnja sposobnosti učinkovitega odzivanja na pričakovanja kupcev (ECR – Efficient Consumer Response). V središče naše raziskave je postavljena teza, da sodobna informacijska orodja omogočajo podporo poslovanju v realnem času (RTE – Real Time Enterprise) in s tem učinkovito upravljanje oskrbne verige (SCM – Supply Chain Management). V nalogi bomo raziskali in predlagali možnosti izboljšav informacijske podpore distribucije gotovih vozil. Osredotočili se bomo na operativno delo logistično distribucijskega centra, ki ga upravlja zunanji ponudnik logističnih storitev (3PL – Third Party Logistics). Prave informacije v pravem trenutku so ključ do pravih poslovnih odločitev. Odločanje na osnovi pravih dejstev omogoča inteligenco, možgane poslovanja, informacijske rešitve pa predstavljajo živčni sistem, ki poganja mišice – logistiko obvladovanja pretoka blaga.

Title:	Information support for finished vehicle distribution
Abstract:	Customer needs are changing fast. Companies as far as whole supply chain needs to take fast decisions to react according to changing market demands. Decissions must be based on exact and on-time informations to be able to react in right direction (ECR – Efficient Consumer Response). We believe nowdays information technologies enables companies to manage supply chain efficiently (SCM – Supply Chain Management). Our research will challange information sollutions for automotive industry – finished car distribution. Focus of our research will be made on needs of distribution center of Third Party Logistics Provider (3PL – Third Party Logistics). Rigft information in right moment are presenting key to right decissions. Business Intelegence represent brains, information solutions represent nerveous system running logistics operations.
