V diplomskem delu sta opisani dve družinski podjetji in sicer Agroma s.p. in Znass d.o.o..

Title:TRANSFER OF A FAMILY BUSINESS TO YOUNGER GENERATION
Abstract:Development of enterprise and afterward economic companies in Slovenia started already in eighty years of former century. Visible development was showed round independence of Republic of Slovenia which was allowing transfer of proprietary rights. Business was allowed inside them, that was cooperating with economies. Sole proprietor has formed through the development of economy as family business, that sole proprietor guides him; entire family cooperates and help him. Many such companies are developed to economic societies formed as Limited Liability Company; some are developed to joint-stock company. Two family businesses are described in degree, these two companies are called Agroma and Znass. In Agroma transfer has already happened, in Znass they are considering about that. I have chosen the most appropriate way of transfer for Znass Company. For Agroma I have studied if their decision was suitable. In both cases directors are much attached to companies, because they led the companies from the early beginning. We must take decisions of directors for retreat from company and transfer on younger generation very well thought-out and important act.
