Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je podrobneje predstavljeno skladiščno poslovanje v podjetju Nuklearna elektrarna Krško. Skladiščno poslovanje se srečuje z velikim številom delovnih zahtev v predremontnem oziroma remontnem času, posledično prihaja do zastojev v poslovanju. Problematiko smo prepoznali v neurejenih temeljnih procesih skladiščenja, kjer zaradi nezadostne informacijske podpore predvsem v procesih komisioniranja prihaja do nepotrebnih korakov v procesih. Kot glavno rešitev smo predlagali zamenjavo informacijskega sistema ter prehod na brezţično poslovanje oz. poslovanje v ţivo. Predloţene rešitve smo podprli z optimizacijo temeljnih skladiščnih procesov ter dosegli učinkovitejše poslovanje.

Title:
INFLUENCE OF INFORMATION SCIENCE ON EFFICIENCY OF WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS IN NUCLEAR POWER PLANT KRŠKO
Abstract:
My diploma paper depicts detailed warehouse operations in Nuclear Power Plant Krško which are faced with a great number of working demands in pre-reconditioning as well as reconditioning phase consequently leading to delays in operating activities. Problems of unmanaged basic warehouse procedures were detected due to insufficient information support especially in the process of commissioning which led to unnecessary procedural phases. The replacement of information system as well as a transition to wireless operations/live operations was suggested as primary solution which was endorsed by the optimization of basic warehouse procedures leading to more efficient operations.
