Abstract:
V diplomskem delu predstavljamo motivacijo za izobraževanje na javnem zavodu RTV Slovenija. Podrobno predstavljamo motivacijo, izobraževanje, organizacijo in izobraževalno središče. Na podlagi intervjujev in vprašalnikov analiziramo motivacijo za izobraževanje. V prvem delu predstavljamo javni zavod RTV Slovenija in organiziranost službe za izobraževanje. S pomočjo domače in tuje literature definiramo nekaj osnovnih pojmov s področja motivacije in izobraževanja. V raziskovalnem delu smo raziskali motivacijo za izobraževanje s pomočjo intervjujev v kadrovski službi in izobraževalnem središču. Z raziskavo smo poskušali odgovoriti na nekaj vprašanj v povezavi z motivacijo in izobraževanjem ter raziskati kaj udeležence izobraževanja motivira oziroma ovira pri izobraževanju. V zadnjem delu diplomske naloge ponujamo nekaj predlogov za izboljšanje motivacije pri izobraževanju na RTV Slovenija.

MOTIVATION FOR EDUCATION ON RTV SLOVENIA
Abstract:
In der Diplomarbeit stellen wir die Motivation für eine Ausbildung an der öffentlichen Einrichtung RTV Slowenien vor. Im Detail präsentieren wir die Motivation, Ausbildung, Organisation und Bildungszentrum von RTV Slowenien. Unsere Analysie basiert auf Interviews und Fragebögen, die sich der Motivation für das Lernen widmen. Im ersten Teil der Diplomarbeit stellen wir die öffentliche Einrichtung RTV Slowenien vor und werfen einen Blick auf die organisierung der Bildungsabteilung. Mit Hilfe der Literatur definieren wir einge grundlegende Konzepte aus dem Motivations- und Ausbildungsgebiet. Mit Hilfe von interviews in der Personalabteilung und Bildungszentrum erkunden wir in dem Forschungteil die Motivation für Witerbildung. Eine Umfrage soll uns einige Fragen zu Motivation und Ausbildung beantworten, auserdem wollen wir erforschen was die Lernenden motiviert, oder was sie bei der Ausbildung hindert. Im letzten Teil der Diplomarbeit präsentieren wir einige Vorschläge zur Verbesserung der Motivation in der Ausbildung von RTV Slowenien.
