Abstract:	Temeljni problem v današnjem času je povpraševanje po določenih kadrih, med katerimi bi še posebej izpostavila poklic varilca in ključavničarja. Ugotavljamo, da se vse manj otrok odloča za ta dva poklica in zato moramo iskati kader v drugih državah, kar je prioriteta podjetja Regius d.o.o., za katerega je značilno, da delavcem iz tujine priskrbimo vso potrebno dokumentacijo, nato jih zaposlimo. Kot naslednja možnost, ki se je poslužuje podjetje, je posredovanje teh delavcev drugim podjetjem. Težava, ki se pojavlja pri tem procesu iskanja in zaposlovanja delavcev je v tem, da so postopki za pridobitev delovnega dovoljenja dolgotrajni in zahtevajo preveč dokumentacije. Ugotavljamo, da bi z uvedbo elektronskega povezovanja podatkov skrajšali čas za pridobitev delovnih dovoljenj, zmanjšali pa bi se tudi ostali stroški, ki pri tem nastanejo.

Title:	EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGNERS IN COMPANY REGIUS D.O.O.
Abstract:	The fundamental problem now-a-days is the demand for certain workers, among which I would like to especially expose the occupations welder and locksmith. I have found out that less and less children choose this profession and because of that, we have to look for these workers in other counties, which is one of primary activities at Regius d.o.o. The main characteristic of our company is, that we provide the workers with all the necessary documentation and then we employ them. The next option, which the company uses, is the mediation of these workers to other companies. The problem that arises from that process of search and employment of workers is that the procedures for acquiring the work permit are long-term and demand too much documentation. We have found out that with an introduction of electronic linking of data this time for acquiring the work permit would be shortened, and it would also reduce other costs, that arise from this.
