Abstract:
Naloga obravnava šest procesov v logistiki konkretnega podjetja,. Analizirano je obstoječe stanje in modeli procesov so predstavljeni z diagrami poteka. Predstavljen je proces informacijskega sistema BAAN. Podani so predlogi izboljšav obravnavanih procesov in ocenjeni so predvideni učinki. Ključni vidiki predvidenih izboljšav so v skrajšanju časa izvedbe celotnega procesa od predaje naročila do organizacije in izvedbe dostave kupcu, ter zmanjšanju stroškov logističnega procesa.

Process improvement of logistics management in the company
Abstract:
The research counters logistics process of the company. Analysis of current workflow and process models are presented with chart flows. They provide description of the process of information system BAAN. The proposals of implemented work are given and forecasted benefits are considered. The main views of the implementation are reduced working time and costs.
