Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava postopek projektiranja hidravlične vpenjalne priprave za vpenjanje nosilca ohišja kompresorja DV6S J3J4 s pomočjo računalniško podprtega konstruiranja. Predstavljen je razvoj vpenjalne priprave preko vseh faz konstruiranja. Na začetku so opisane zahteve, ki jih mora vpenjalna priprava izpolnjevati. Sledi opis konstruiranja in modeliranja vpenjalne priprave ter izdelava tehnične dokumentacije. Predstavljena je tudi simulacija delovanja vpenjalne priprave in mehanske obdelave obdelovanca s programsko opremo Catia V5R19.

RECHNERGESTÜTZTES KONSTRUKTION UND SIMULATION HYDRAULISCHE SPANNVORRICHTUNG
Abstract:
Diese Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der computerunterstützten Projektierung der hydraulischer Spannvorrichtung zum Spannen des Trägers des Kompressorgehäuses DV6S J3J4. Die Entwicklung des Gerätes durch alle Konstruktion – Phasen wird präsentiert. Am Anfang sind die technischen Anforderungen an die Spannvorrichtung beschrieben. Anschliessend werden die Konstruktion und Modellierung der Spannvorrichtung sowie die Erstellung der technischen Dokumentation vorgestellt. Auch eine Betriebssimulation der Spannvorrichtung und Bearbeitung des Werkstück mit der Software Catia V5R19 wird präsentiert.
