Abstract:	V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni logistični procesi, ki se izvajajo v podjetju Gorenje, d. d., program hladilno-zamrzovalnih aparatov. Predstavljeno je delovanje skladišča, notranjega transporta, komisioniranje, izdaja blaga in težave, ki nastajajo zaradi zalog. Osredotočili smo se na zaloge in tokove materiala iz skladišča proti montažnim linijam in tokove materiala iz montažnih linij nazaj v skladišče ter zaloge materiala ob linijah. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela so prikazani vzroki za visoke zaloge, nastavitve aktivnosti in rešitve za zmanjšanje teh zalog. Z identifikacijo vseh težav in njihovim odpravljanjem smo zagotovili čim boljšo oskrbo vseh uporabnikov in čim lažje delo zaposlenih. Predlog rešitve bo vplival na nemotene procese v proizvodnji, urejenost delovnega mesta, boljšo preglednost, zmanjšanje izmeta in sledljivost materiala ter zaloge v samem programu. Predvideni rezultati bodo pripomogli h tekoči oskrbi delovnih mest, proizvodnja bo bolj učinkovita zaradi tekoče in točne oskrbe z materiali, povečala se bo kakovost sestave izdelkov, zmanjšala se bo možnost nastanka nepredvidljivih situacij in posledično se bodo zmanjšali stroški.

Title:	REDUCTION OF STOCKS IN THE PROGRAM OF COOLING APPLIANCES
Abstract:	This thesis presents the logistical processes that are carried out in Gorenje, d. d., program of cooling appliances. Presented is the operation of warehouse, internal transportation, picking, goods issue and the problems arising from stocks. We focused on stocks and flows of materials from warehouse to the assembly lines and material flows from assembly lines back into warehouse and stocks of materials at the assembly lines. In the practical part of the diploma are shown the causes for the high stocks levels, settings activities and solutions to reduce these stocks. By identifying any problems and their elimination, we ensure the best possible care of all the users and make the work easier for employees. Proposed solution will affect the smooth process of production, regulation of the workplace, reduction of ejection, improved transparency and traceability of materials and supplies in the program itself. The envisaged results will contribute to the current supply of jobs, production will be more effective because of the current and accurate supply of materials, increase the quality of the product composition, reducing the possibility of unforeseen situations and consequently, to reduce costs.
