Title:IZBOR STIČNE OVOJNINE V FARMACEVTSKI INDUSTRIJI S CILJEM OPTIMIZACIJE STROŠKOV

Abstract:Farmacevtska industrija je ena najpomembnejših in najzahtevnejših panog na svetu. Tako kot v vseh farmacevtskih podjetjih, mora tudi v Krki d.d. vse potekati v skladu s higienskimi standardi, pod stalnim nadzorom. V podjetju Krka d.d. potrebujemo ustrezno ovojnino za različne farmacevtske izdelke. Ovojnino izbiramo na oddelku za razvoj embalaže, s predhodnimi preizkusi v proizvodnji. Za t.i. bulk pakiranje uporabljamo alu triplex vreče, ki jih proizvaja in dobavlja švicarsko podjetje Wipf AG. Zaradi visoke cene in monopolne situacije dobavitelja želimo v Krki potrditi alternativnega dobavitelja, saj bi s tem med njima vzpostavili konkurenco in upočasnitev rasti cen. Kot možne dobavitelje smo preverjali že obstoječe podjetje Wipf AG, ki nam ponuja štiriplastno vrečo, italijansko podjetje Gruden S.p.A. ter slovensko podjetje Plastika Andrej Mesojedec s.p., ki želi biti dobavitelj vreč nemškega proizvajalca. Primerjali smo kakovost vreč, ceno in dobavni rok. Pri kakovosti vreč smo naleteli na težave, saj vreče niso bile dovolj kakovostne, da bi lahko postale alternativa sedanji vreči.

Title:SELECTION OF PRIMARY PACKAGING IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY AIMED AT COST OPTIMIZATION
Abstract:The pharmaceutical industry is one of the most important and demanding industries in the world. As in all the pharmaceutical companies everything has to be in accordance with hygiene standards under constant surveillance in our company as well. We need a suitable package for various pharmaceutical products in company Krka d.d. We choose a package on the section for development of packaging, with previous tests in production. For so-called bulk packaging we are using aluminum triplex bags produced and supplied by Swiss company Wipf AG. Because of the high price and monopoly situations of a supplier we are looking for an alternative supplier so we could create a competition between them and we could slow the price increases. As potential suppliers, we examined an existing company Wipf AG which offer us four-layer bag, an Italian company Gruden S.p.A and a Slovenian company Plastika Andrej Mesojedec s.p. who wants to be a supplier of the German manufacturer of bags. We compared the quality of the bags, price and the delivery time. We had some problems by the quality of bags of alternative suppliers, as they have not been enough quality to become an alternative to the current bag.
