Title:Zdravstvena nega otroka z alergijo na hrano

Abstract:Vse pogosteje se srečujemo z otroki, ki so alergični na različna živila in dodatke v hrani. Zato je ključnega pomena, da se pri otroku čim prej diagnosticira alergija, da se lahko prične ustrezno zdravljenje in da se alergogene snovi nemudoma izključilo iz njegove prehrane. Namen: V diplomskem delu smo predstavili alergije na hrano pri otrocih, opisali smo najpogostejše alergene v hrani, znake alergij in načine dokazovanja alergij ter zdravljenja. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili naloge in vlogo medicinske sestre pri obravnavi otroka z alergijo na hrano ter najpogosteje uporabljene negovalne diagnoze. Metodologija raziskovanja: Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji. Za zbiranje podatkov smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik, ki je vseboval 25 vprašanj odprtega in zaprtega tipa. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 31 članov negovalnega tima. Rezultati: Pri otrocih je najpogostejša alergija na mleko. Najpogostejši simptomi pri alergijah na hrano so driska, koprivnica, atopijski dermatitis, angioedem, slabost in bruhanje. V raziskavi smo ugotovili, da je na oddelkih najpogosteje predpisana brezmlečna dieta, sledijo ji dieta brez jajc, celiakalna dieta in standardna eliminacijska dieta. Alergije najpogosteje ugotavljajo z dokazovanjem specifičnih Ig E v krvi, z obremenitvenim testom in kožnimi testi prick to prick. Naloge medicinske sestre v obravnavi otroka so predvsem, da skrbi za zdravstveno nego otroka in njegovo prehrano. Potreben je pogovor s starši in nadzor nad prineseno hrano na oddelek. Vloga medicinske sestre je predvsem zdravstveno-vzgojno delo s straši in otroki, ki zajema tako pogovor, pomoč in svetovanje, da je otroku zagotovljeno najlepše otroštvo. Sklep: Pri otrocih je evidentnih veliko alergij na hrano. Pomembno vlogo pri tem ima zdravstveno-vzgojno delo medicinske sestre, ki najbolje pomaga in svetuje tako staršem kot tudi otrokom.

Title:Nursing care of a children with food allergy
Abstract:More and more frequently we are facing with children who are allergic to various foods and food additives. Therefore it is crucial to diagnose a food allergy of a child as soon as possible, begin an appropriate treatment and to exclude allergic matter immediately is out of his diet. Purpose: In this diploma we presented food allergies in children, we described the most common allergens in food, allergy symptoms and methods of proving an allergy and treatment. Further we presented the tasks and a main role of a nurse in treatment of child with food allergy and the most frequently used nursing diagnoses. Research methodology: The study was based on qualitative methodology. For gathering of data we used a questionnaire, which contained 25 open and closed questions. In the study we involved 31 members of a nursing team. Results: In children, the most frequently allergy is on milk. The most frequent symptoms of food allergy are diarrhea, urticaria, atopic dermatitis, angioedema, nausea, and vomiting. In this study we found that in departments most commonly prescribed is non-milk diet, followed by a diet without eggs, coeliac diet and standard eliminatory diet. The most common food allergy is established by proving of specific Ig E in blood, using load tests and skin tests prick to prick. The main task of a nurse in treatment of a child is mainly to take care of a child and for its consumption. A conversation with parents and the control of food brought to the department is needed. The role of a nurse is primarily health-educational work with parents and children, which includes discussion, help and advice to ensure the child's best childhood. Conclusion: In children, it is evident a lot of food allergies. Important role in the health-educational work of nurse is to help and advice both parents and children.
